Tapestry Day Club offers day support with a difference. We are a charity providing high-quality, stimulating, small-group day support for people living with early-stage dementia and in social isolation.  We offer a person-centred alternative to traditional day care through our “Club Days,” hosted in the warm and welcoming homes of our thoroughly vetted and trained Hosts. This unique, small-setting approach ensures familiarity, security and meaningful connections, helping guests maintain their independence for longer, and feel truly valued.  Our club also provides a unique wrap-around service, which includes a pre-assessment home visit, a welcome day and ongoing carer/family support with resources, coordination of transport or rescheduling, welfare updates, signposting and guidance during transitions such as hospital stays or residential care.  Most importantly, our "Club Days" provide valuable respite to the carers.' Video here

TuVida West Sussex TuVida supports unpaid carers and the people they care for. We are a not-for-profit, charitable organisation working in England and Wales. Day centres, groups, Home care provision for Carers' respite. short break weekends (Dementia) etc.
